San Martín de los Andes, 2 hour ride and some more...

We would like to tempt you to come riding with us for a 2 hour or 3 hour ride in Lolog where we have a property overlooking the lake Lolog.  It is our base camp where we keep our horses and have a small cabin where we prepare “asados” (Argentine barbecue´s) and a mud oven which we use frequently.
Our morning ride will start in a pine and indigenous forest, getting to know our horses and climbing steeply up to a wonderful look out point where we will stop for a photo.  We will then continue our  ride along paths in the woods, mainly used by cattle and the gauchos. 

The Nothafagus forest is specially interesting with different varieties that grow in the area as we ride we will learn about the local vegetation, bird life and relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountain.
The pace of the ride is set by the riders, we can canter and trot depending on the skill.

Drinks and something sweet will be waiting for us when we return to the house

Optional is an afternoon ride with a special early dinner at Lolog.
