Yesterday we finished a wonderful 5 day ride, a little Lolog and a little camping and lots of laughter and fun!

The horses behaved, the weather was superb, even the ash that the volcano Puyehue is still erupting did not come our way.  We enjoyed delicious "asados", picnics and our Cheff Raúl, prepared a superb rissoto over the camp fire.

It was lovely to spend time with so many nice people. 

We look forward to the next ride which starts on February 4th, 2012.

 

Yesterday the Polo Tournament started at El Desafío.

There were 3 games, with 6 teams most from the area and nice looking horses.

The games continue today and tomorrow, Saturday is the final.

The weather was perfect, the air was cool and the sun was warm! We went on a short ride with friends and enjoyed a delicious asado cooked in the mud oven.

Yesterday we went on a long ride, I had not been on the trail this summer and had my worries about fallen trees, new fences and any other hazard. Other than a couple of new branches overhanging on the trail it all went well!

Yesterday we went on a lovely ride, it was a special day! The lake calm and perfect making all the views a treat. Bandera behaved really well and Twitter was an angel. We look forward to many more good rides and in the meantime would like to wish you all a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Taking advantage of this letter we would like to share our recently launched our new site www.corbettrides.com.ar where you will find our programs, dates and also a new feature, a Blog, which we are in the process of learning how to use and hope where we can read some news from friends.

A new foal was born in Lolog, she is called India. I was a total surprise because we bought her mother, Kristina con K late last summer. India is doing well, she is growing fast and every day a little stronger.

Dear friends, How are you? We are well, really looking forward to a good season, with all our horses who have passed a good winter in Lolog, I was out riding on Colorado last Friday and they look great, just need some riding like all the others!!! We have spent some time these past weeks checking out some new rides on properties close to Lanin volcano and also an Indian Reservation, which we are excited about trying!
